Laranjal Course

Laranjal Course is an 18-hole par 72 golf course in the Algarve and part of the Quinta do Lago area. Opened in 2009, the course is built on former orange groves, giving it a clean, open feel with a clear parkland character. Located just a few minutes’ drive from the main resort, Laranjal offers a more secluded and peaceful atmosphere.

The course is characterised by wide fairways, strategically placed bunkers and large greens with moderate undulations. The fairways are sown with Bermuda grass, allowing some margin for error from the tee, while approach shots require precision to avoid challenging putts and well-protected pin positions. Water hazards come into play on selected holes, adding variety without dominating the layout.

Laranjal consistently maintains a high standard of conditioning and delivers a smooth and enjoyable round of golf. The course suits a wide range of golfers and serves as a balanced and highly regarded complement to the South and North Courses at Quinta do Lago.
