Torrance Course

The Torrance Course is set high on the cliffs above St Andrews Bay and offers a distinct links experience in classic Scottish surroundings. The layout combines open fairways, strategically positioned bunkers and natural wind conditions that demand precision and sound course management.

For much of the round, there are wide views across the sea and towards St Andrews – the “Auld Grey Toon” – creating a strong visual backdrop to the game. Measuring 6,584 metres from the back tees, the Torrance Course is a demanding championship layout, particularly when the wind becomes a factor.
